There are a total of 10 Remembrances to collect in Shadow of the Erdtree, with each Remembrance being tradable for one of two rewards. If you want to earn both, you either have to duplicate your Remembrance or earn it in a NG+ playthrough.

How to use Remembrances in Shadow of the Erdtree
Using your Remembrances in Shadow of the Erdtree is exactly the same as it is in the base game. Head to Roundtable Hold in the main world and talk to Enea in the room behind the table. Here, you’ll be able to trade in your Remembrances for their respective rewards.
