There are plenty of new items in the Shadow of the Erdtree, including the Two-Headed Turtle Talisman. Like other talismans in the game, this one enhances your stats, allowing you to do more with your character. Most of you will want to get your hands on this talisman if you’re using a very stamina-heavy build. Here’s where to find it.

Two-Headed Turtle Talisman location

The talisman is hidden along the river beneath the Ellac Greatbridge in the Gravsite Plain. To reach this area, you will need to first travel from the Castle Front Site of Grace to the Ellac River Cave as if you are taking the route to obtain Rakshasa’s Great Katana. When you reach the Ellac River Cave, go out the western exit and turn to the north.

Follow the river upstream and go under the greatbridge. Continue up the river and you will eventually come across a pile of corpses. Just past this, you will see a waterfall with a crab in front of it. Go through the waterfall to find a cave with some spirit enemies and a turtle. The loot will be sitting on a corpse along the far wall of the cave.

Two-Headed Turtle Talisman overview

The Two-Headed Turtle Talisman is very similar to the Green Turtle Talisman from the base game. While the Green Turtle Talisman raises your stamina regeneration rate, this variant greatly raises your stamina regeneration rate. This allows you to perform attacks quicker because you get your stamina back faster. Naturally, those who have a build using a lot of stamina and physical attacks will get the most out of this. Use our Talismans guide for Shadow of the Erdtree to make sure you snag every one of them.
