The ability to direct your teammates’ movement off the ball will be key to unlocking an opposition defence in FC 24. The best way to do this is by utilising the creative run feature.

First introduced in FIFA 21, the creative runs feature allows you to manually control the movement of your teammates whilst in possession of the ball. This is an incredibly useful tool to have, particularly when you’re attacking against an opposition with a deep lying defence.

• PlayStation: Whilst in possession of the ball, hit L1 and flick the right analogue stick to direct the run of your teammate.
• Xbox: Whilst in possession of the ball, hit LB and flick the right analogue stick to direct the run of your teammate.
