The Madden 24 Pre-Season TOTW arrived this week, marking the return of a widely popular promo in Ultimate Team. Starting with Pre-Season and lasting the course of the entire 2023 NFL regular season, the TOTW promo is a weekly one that celebrates outstanding, real-life NFL performances both of the past and present.
Madden 24 has been officially out for over two weeks, introducing the likes the Headliners Program and Team Captains among a handful of others. But aside from grinding the Season 1 rewards path and the active promos in Ultimate Team, fans have been eagerly awaiting for one of the best highlights in MUT, which is none other than the Team Of The Week (TOTW) Program. Madden 24 Pre-Season TOTW release date & launch time
The Madden 24 Pre-Season TOTW player drop went live in Ultimate Team Wednesday, September 6, at 1:30PM EST / 6:30PM GMT, following its reveal on Good Morning Madden.
Over the Good Morning Madden live stream, EA did confirm that TOTW player reveals and releases will be taking place every Wednesday instead of every Tuesday as was the case last year, with the new week day releases taking place at 1:30PM EST.
Madden 24 Pre-Season TOTW Program details
The TOTW Program has arrived, with the Pre-Season players marking its first release. Along with the new program, comes a Field Pass with six levels of exclusive rewards, with Level 6 consisting of an 81+ OVR TOTW player reward.
In addition to its Field Pass, the TOTW Program also caters a set of 12 challenges fans can complete for special prizes along its milestone ladder. Once fans collect TOTW challenge stars and progress up the milestone rewards path, they can unlock TOTW Tokens, which they can apply towards a special TOTW Player Fantasy Pack set they will be able to complete over the course of the regular season.
Although the main method to secure these new Pre-Season TOTW players is by completing their sets or purchasing them from the Auction House, fans can also unlock two Pre-Season TOTW Player Fantasy Packs come Tiers 5 and 10 of the challenges milestone ladder.

The first TOTW Program player drop consists of 18 new Pre-Season players who rose to the occasion over the month of August and truly proved their worth.
