Dead By Daylight has had a fantastic year so far, and the rest of 2024 is only set to get better. Soon, PC players will be able to enjoy the Chapter 32.5 PTB that is said to include a brand new licensed survivor similar to the paragraph starring Alan Wake. Here you will find the DBD Chapter 32.5 PTB release date and start time countdown along with an explanation of leaks suggesting that Lara Croft from Tomb Raider is the mysterious licensed survivor.
As mentioned, it has been a very good year for Dead By Daylight, but there is plenty else to anticipate for the remainder of 2024. We are getting an official collaboration with CastleVania for Chapter 33, and fans mustn’t forget that The Casting of Frank Stone spin-off is still slated for a 2024 release. Not only that, but fans are also right now able to enjoy and unlock all of the masks from the latest Twisted Masquerade event.
While we absolutely cannot wait for CastleVania, before then we will be treated to DBD Chapter 32.5. This is a licensed paragraph starring an iconic survivor, and the release date and time countdown for the PTB is almost over. Dead By Daylight Chapter 32.5 PTB release date
The release date for the Dead By Daylight Chapter 32.5 PTB is June 25th. As confirmed by the DBD year 9 roadmap, the paragraph will fully release in July.
It is a paragraph similar to Alan Wake for Chapter 30.5. We are getting a licensed survivor only, meaning there will not be a new killer or a new map. Fans can also look forward to the beginning of Tome 20 next month.
When does the DBD Chapter 32.5 PTB start?
The release date and time countdown for when the Dead By Daylight Chapter 32.5 PTB will come out and start is 10AM PT/ 1PM ET/ 4PM BST on June 25th.
Normal services are set to resume after the public test build for the Dungeons and Dragons chapter started later than usual. The reason it started later than usual was because it took place immediately after this year’s anniversary livestream.
Before the PTB starts tomorrow, BeHaviour Interactive has confirmed on Twitter that they will be conducting a live rundown of the Chapter 32.5 balance changes on Discord. This will take place at 6:45AM PT/9:45AM ET/2:45PM BST on June 25th.

DBD x Tomb Raider Lara Croft survivor leaks
BeHaviour Interactive has not confirmed anything as of writing, but leaks suggest that the licensed survivor for DBD Chapter 32.5 is Lara Croft from Tomb Raider. More specifically, leaks suggest it is survivor Lara from the Tomb Raider reboot trilogy: Tomb Raider 2013, Rise of the Tomb Raider, and Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
Gumpy leaked the new Dead By Daylight survivor for July earlier this month. Gumpy has accurately leaked chapters and collaborations in the past, including the Alan Wake paragraph at the beginning of this year and the upcoming CastleVania chapter set for August.
Since Gumpy implied Lara Croft is joining the fog, Reddit has shared allegedly leaked promotional art for the crossover. This promotional art shows Lara Croft with a character model that is clearly based off Tomb Raider 2013.
In addition to this leaked character art, fellow prominent leaker, Dvveet, has said on Twitter that the new survivor “was confirmed the moment Gumpy said it”. This, again, implies that we are getting Lara Croft.
Although all signs point to Lara Croft joining Dead By Daylight, it’s important to note that this isn’t official as of writing. If we assume the leaks are accurate, fans are in for a treat as Tomb Raider is one of the most iconic video game franchises of all time, and survivor Lara Croft does suit the Dead By Daylight universe and aesthetic.
