Dead By Daylight fans have had an incredible year, and the rest of 2024 promises to be even better than the greatness we’ve been treated to so far. DBD Chapter 32 has been a collaboration with Dungeons and Dragons, but Chapter 32.5 is a collaboration with Tomb Raider, introducing Lara Croft as a lone survivor. Here you will find the DBD Lara Croft survivor perks along with the release date for when Dead By Daylight x Tomb Raider Chapter 32.5 will fully come out for all platforms.
There is plenty to anticipate besides the debut of arguably the most iconic female video game character of all time. There’s still time remaining to collect all of the masks part of this year’s Twisted Masquerade event, plus The Casting of Frank Stone spin-off is still slated to come out sometime this year. But, before Supermassive Games’ contribution to Dead By Daylight comes out, we will be treated to a CastleVania crossover in August.
The CastleVania crossover is massively exciting, but before then we are getting Tomb Raider as a new survivor. The DBD Lara Croft perks have been revealed, and she has a lot of abilities in her arsenal despite not rocking the iconic dual pistols or bow and arrow.
New DBD Lara Croft survivor perks
Below are all of the new DBD Lara Croft survivor perks part of the Dead By Daylight x Tomb Raider Chapter 32.5 PTB:
New perk: Finesse
- This perk activates while you are healthy. Your fast vaults are 20% faster. This perk goes on cooldown for 40/35/30 seconds after performing a fast vault.
New Perk: Hardened
- After you unlock a chest and cleanse or bless a totem, this perk activates. Anytime you would scream, reveal the Killer’s aura for 3/4/5 seconds instead.
New Perk: Specialist
- Each time you open or rummage through a chest, gain 1 token, up to 3/3/3. When you do a great skill check on a generator, consume all tokens. Then for each token consumed, reduce the maximum required generator progress by 2/3/4.
All of these perks come courtesy of the official update 8.1.0 patch notes. Similar to Alan Wake at the beginning of the year, Chapter 32.5 is a paragraph, which means there is only a survivor without a new killer or map.
Per the year 9 roadmap, the next paragraph is set for March 2025 where will be treated to a licensed killer.
Dead By Daylight x Tomb Raider release date
The release date for when Dead By Daylight x Tomb Raider Chapter 32.5 will come out is July 16th. This is confirmed by BeHaviour Interactive.
If you have the luxury of owning DBD on Steam, you can play the Chapter 32.5 PTB right now to experience all of Lara Croft’s perks in action. No price has been confirmed, but it should cost £3.99 similar to the Alan Wake paragraph.
