Dead By Daylight fans have had a terrific year so far and things are only set to get better. There is a lot officially planned for the remainder of 2024, but there are also things kept secret internally at BeHaviour Interactive. While not official, a DBD leak has revealed an upcoming legendary skin from a new and exciting horror movie hitting cinemas this summer.

BeHaviour has revealed the perks for Lara Croft, and she will land on all platforms in mid-July. We will then be treated to a collaboration with CastleVania for Chapter 33 in August.
While Tomb Raider and CastleVania are both exciting, one of the biggest collaborations in the history of Dead By Daylight is Ridley Scott’s Alien. A new Alien movie is set to come out in August, and a leak has revealed an upcoming legendary skin for DBD survivor, Ellen Ripley.
Dead By Daylight leak uncovers Alien Romulus legendary skin
Per the LeaksDBD subreddit, Rain Carradine from Alien Romulus is coming as a legendary skin for Ellen Ripley in Dead By Daylight.
This leak comes courtesy of dataminer Wazzup on the DBDLeaks Discord channel. The screenshots shared on Reddit include code pointing to a new head, torso, and legs for Ellen Ripley with the name changing to “Rain”.
It will reportedly come out with the 8.1.0 update, which is also when the Tomb Raider Chapter 32.5 paragraph will come out. Not only that, but it’s also when Tome 20 will arrive.
The legendary skin will work similar to other previous legendary skins such as DBD x Silent Hill with Cheryl changing into James Sunderland.
Alien Romulus is set to release in cinemas on August 16th, and Rain Carradine is the latest main character played by actress Cailee Spaney. The movie has a lot of anticipation surrounding it thanks to some amazing trailers showing an emphasis on horror, along with the fact it is directed by Fede Alvarez, who is famous for Don’t Breathe and The Evil Dead 2013.
