Dreamer is currently one of the rarest Fortnite skin. The DC character was added to the game in Chapter 3 – Season 3, more than two years ago. However, Epic Games hasn’t brought the skin out for more than 840 days. Considering that the addition of the character was somewhat controversial, many players wondered if it would ever return to the game.
Fortunately, the v33.20 update has good news for those waiting on Dream’s return. The skin will most likely return very soon, and here’s all you need to know about it.
The Dreamer skin will return to Fortnite
Dreamer is not an exclusive skin, which is why she will return to Fortnite at some point. The release date hasn’t been revealed yet, although Hypex, the most popular leaker, believes that it’s around the corner. It seems that Epic updated the skin with the latest update, which is why we expect her to be released over the next few weeks.
The Fortnite developer brought back numerous DC skins in December 2024, the first month of Chapter 6. Due to this, we expect even more skins to come out soon, including Deathstroke Zero, Batman Who Laughs, and others.
Dreamer was released on September 10, 2022. Interestingly, Epic Games kept her in the shop for two weeks straight and hasn’t released her since then. As a result, the Fortnite skin was last seen on September 23, 2022, making it one of the most wanted cosmetics in the game. In fact, Dreamer is the rarest DC skin in Fortnite.
The latest Fortnite update also updated the original Batman bundle, last seen in November 2023. It looks like Epic will bring back all DC skins that were vaulted for a year or longer, and Dream will be no exception.
