Epic Games has released hundreds of different items in Fortnite since its release in September 2017. Besides different item types, the game developer also released new weapon rarities. Thanks to this, we now have basic rarities, as well as Mythic and Exotic items, which are the strongest. According to a new leak, Fortnite will soon get another game-changing Mythic.
As you may already be aware, the Fortnite x Pirates of the Caribbean collaboration is around the corner. It will bring the Jack Sparrow skin, an event pass, map changes, and much more. Considering how big the collab is going to be, it’s no surprise that Epic will release another Mythic item.
The next Mythic item in Fortnite will be amazing against builds and for mobility, leak shows
Shortly after the v30.20 update came out, Fortnite leakers showed some of the upcoming content. Despite Epic Games going on a summer break, the company has prepared a new collaboration that will come out in less than three weeks. One of the items that will come with the Pirates of the Caribbean collab is called Ship in a Bottle, and it’s a new Mythic.
According to Hypex, the veteran leaker, the item will come out on July 19. This is the same date when other content will be released, including the event pass.
As you can see above, the upcoming Mythic item looks incredible. It’s absolutely devastating against builds, as it deals 5000 damage to them, but it’s also fantastic for mobility. The Fortnite leaker claims that the duration of the item is one minute, which is more than enough to deal some serious damage. However, the ship can also be damaged, although its HP pool hasn’t been leaked yet.
