The Fortnite x Metallica collaboration seems to be just around the corner! While Epic Games hasn’t confirmed it officially, everything points to this partnership. With the current season of Fortnite Festival ending on Thursday, the popular band will likely come out very soon. The latest leak shows a lot of new information regarding the collaboration, including new skins and items.
Metallica was first seen in the leaked Fortnite roadmap, but many players were skeptical about it. However, as we get closer to the potential date of the collab, it’s becoming clear that the roadmap contains a lot of accurate info.
The Fortnite x Metallica collaboration will bring new skins
According to many reputable leakers, including Shiina, the upcoming Fortnite collab will bring a lot of new content. Not only will Fortnite Festival get a new pass, but other modes will be affected by it as well. More specifically, Epic Games will release a couple of map changes in the Battle Royale mode, as well as a new Mythic item.
Leakers also believe that Metallica will have a Battle Royale concert, which would be incredible. The release date hasn’t been revealed yet, but we do know that the current season of Fortnite Festival ends on Thursday, June 13. This also means that the Billie Eilish skin from the pass will no longer be obtainable after this date.

While leakers haven’t disclosed anything about it, we expect a couple of new things to come to LEGO Fortnite as well. The four upcoming skins will most likely have LEGO styles, but we’ll have to wait to see if Epic will release anything else. On top of this, we expect many new Metallica-themed cosmetics to come to the Item Shop over the next few weeks.
