Anime skins may be the most popular collaborations in Fortnite, only second to Marvel. So far, we have seen iconic franchises such as Dragon Ball and Naruto come to the game with numerous of the most popular characters being playable in the game. With new collaborations coming on an almost weekly basis, whether it is characters from movies, TV shows, video games, or pop culture icons, it is only a matter of time before your favorite franchise will come to Fortnite.

U/DLow-by-Punkett took to Reddit to give players a choice of three collaborations that they’d like to see. The user gave players a list of top entertainment IPs including video games and animes, with the responses being as expected, but one entry stood head and shoulders above the rest. Here is the list of titles that were proposed to the community:

As expected, Red Dead Redemption was an incredibly popular choice, with many players wanting to use Arthur Morgan and John Marston in Fortnite. Half-Life and Portal were also popular choices, and I’m sure Epic Games could create some interesting mechanics using the Portal Gun.

However, there was one category that was seen overwhelmingly in the replies, anime, with One Piece being the most popular of the options given. One Piece did come to Fortnite in September 2023, but it turned out to just be a Creative map and no skins were added to the game. With there so much anticipation for a collaboration, with it only being third to Dragon Ball and Naruto, it seems like it is only a matter of time before One Piece skins finally come to Fortnite.

When it comes to anime, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure was also a popular choice, and some players added their own options that weren’t included, such as u/appalling_rascal who wants to see a Devil May Cry collaboration. With Resident Evil and Street Fighter skins already in the game, it is possible that Dante could come to Fortnite eventually.

Although it may be a while before we see One Piece skins in Fortnite, there are still plenty of collaborations to check out, with a Pirates of the Caribbean mini Battle Pass coming to the game on July 19th, as well as Metallica currently taking over Fortnite Festival Season 4.
