Fortnite Reload was unexpectedly announced last week along with the 30.20 update to kick off the Summer. Since it was released it has been a huge hit with players, achieving more than 1 million concurrent players every day since it has launched.

Prominent Fortnite leaker HYPEX has revealed that Fortnite Reload Duos is going to be added on Wednesday, June 27th with the next update. It has also been confirmed that downtime will begin at 4am ET and Duos will go live at 9am ET. So far, no other information regarding the update is known and it looks to be a minor update.

If you have yet to jump into Fortnite Reload, now is a great time to do so as it features a brand new map inspired by the OG Chapter 1 map, including many iconic POIs such as Tilted Tower, Pleasant Park, and Retail Row. The new mode is a breath of fresh air from the traditional Battle Royale, with it being more fast paced due to players being able to respawn.

For players that aren’t interested in Fortnite Reload, there is still plenty of content to check out, as a Pirates of the Carribbean collaboration is set to launch on July 19th and Fortnite Festival is in the middle of Season 4 which features the metal icons Metallica.
