The next Fortnite Summer event is just a few days away, according to the latest leak! Epic Games has prepared a lot of new content to release during this period, which is no surprise. Considering that this is one of the most popular annual events, we expect many new skins, quests, free rewards, and even some gameplay changes.

The release date of the next Fortnite Summer event has been leaked
According to Hypex, the most popular Fortnite leaker, the Summer event will begin on Tuesday, June 25. This is the same date the v30.20 update will come out, which is the second major update of Chapter 5 Season 3. Interestingly, the veteran leaker also claims that Epic Games will go on a summer break after the update, which means that no new content will come out for nearly a month.
The ending date of the event hasn’t been leaked yet. However, considering the past events, we expect it to last for at least two weeks. There is a good chance that the upcoming Fortnite Summer event will last until the v30.30 update, which is scheduled for July 23. Despite Epic’s break, we might get smaller content updates every week.
