According to leaks, Epic Games is working on a new feature that will allow players to earn V-Bucks by selling their items. Here’s everything we know about it so far.
Players will be able to earn Fortnite V-Bucks
Epic Games decided to increase the price of V-Bucks in 2023. While this wasn’t a significant increase, it still affected many players. Fortunately, the company has been working on a feature that will make it possible to essentially trade V-Bucks for digital assets.
According to Hypex and iFireMonkey, two reputable leakers, Epic is working on a selling system for Fortnite. With this system, players will be able to sell their digital products that can be used in UEFN maps. These products include 3D objects, animations, and other assets.
Considering that Epic Games intends to bring skin customization to UEFN at some point, the upcoming feature may also allow players to trade their Fortnite skins. Many players would love to have this feature, but unfortunately, implementing it is quite challenging due to scams.
At the moment, the release date of the new Fortnite feature is currently unknown. However, considering that Chapter 5 brought many new game modes, the feature may not come until late 2024. Once it comes, though, this will be a great opportunity for talented players and creators to earn a lot of V-Bucks while also helping others create amazing maps.
