Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 has begun and is proving to be a lot of fun. While it is a lot of fun right now, there is plenty of new features and collaborations to anticipate for the near future. These will add even more cosmetics and skins to the game’s extensive portfolio. While most goodies need to be bought, Epic has released more free Fortnite items for players to grab in a single bundle before they eventually expire.
As mentioned, there is plenty of exciting content to anticipate for the near future of Fortnite. A leak has shown a new weapon that will drastically change Season 3, meanwhile, another upcoming weapon strongly hints at the heavily-rumored Pirates of the Caribbean collaboration. Magneto has already returned to the battle royale, but signs point to another MARVEL crossover to celebrate the release of a new movie.
While all of the above are exciting prospects to look out for, make sure to grab Epic’s new bundle of free items before it expires.
How to claim free Fortnite items
Epic Games has released a Fortnite Blazin’ Wheels Gear Pack for free. This is free for PS Plus subscribers whether you are an Essential, Extra, or Premium member. The bundle is found on the PSN store, and it contains the following items:
- Petrol Pump Pickaxe
- Scorch Rally Wrap
- Scorch Rally Banner
- Scorch It! Emoticon
This bundle became available on May 29th. There’s no expiry date listed, but PS Plus packs typically last three months, so be sure to claim it as soon as possible before it ceases to exist. This is gear only as the previous Blazin Wheels pack with a skin and accompanying LEGO has expired and thus can no longer be found on the PSN store.
If you don’t have a PS Plus membership, there are currently discounts available for 12-month subscriptions thanks to the new Days of Play sale:

Although this offering is exclusive to PS Plus subscribers, cross-progression means you can carry the items over from PlayStation to PC, Xbox, or Nintendo Switch if you have the luxury of owning a PS4/PS5 with other systems.
