Arrowhead Game Studios released the new 01.000.404 update earlier today, bringing important fixes and improvements to Helldivers 2. One of the most surprising additions was the inclusion of Level 5 Ship Modules.
This marks the first new Ship Modules to be added to the game since April 11th when the Level 4 Ship Modules were added. Here are all of the new Level 5 Ship Modules below. Note, the cost of each upgrade is listed following the description in the format (Common/Rare/Super Samples/Requisition Slips.)
- Payroll Management System: Reduces reload time for all Support Weapons by 10% (200/200/20/30,000)
- High-Density Explosives: Increases the damage radius of explosions caused by Orbital Stratagems by 10% (250/200/20/35,000)
- Advanced Crew Training: Eagle rearm cooldown further reduced by 10% if called in while Eagle uses still remain (200/250/25/30,000)
- Morale Augmentation: Reduces cooldown time for all Stratagems by 5% (250/200/20/35,000)
- Streamlined Launch Process: All Support Weapon Stratagems launch immediately once called in, reducing overall deployment time (250/200/25/30,000)
- Cross-Platform Compatibility: Mortar Sentries prioritize fire at marked targets (250/200/300/35,000)
With Arrowhead Game Studios being on semi-hiatus, many believed we wouldn’t see any new content for the next month, but the developers have seemingly fixed the game more since going on vacation than they have in the past month or so. The Superior Packing Methodology Ship Module was recently fixed after three months of trying and the new update fixed some major PC performance issues.
Despite the developers being on summer vacation, the Galactic War continues, although the latest Major Order seemed suspiciously easy.
