Sony has confirmed to IGN that the PlayStation Classic will not receive additional titles as post-launch DLC. In other words, the 20 games included in the micro console will be the full lineup.

'There are no plans to bring new content to PlayStation Classic post-launch,' a Sony spokesperson commented.

In addition, the format holder also revealed that there will be no Trophy support for the PlayStation Classic, nor will there be any form of connectivity with PlayStation Network or user accounts.

This probably isn't much of a surprise considering both the NES and SNES Classic Editions function in a similar manner.

Sony announced last week that PlayStation Classic will launch this December in Japan and the west, complete with 20 titles including Final Fantasy VII,  Ridge Racer Type-4, and Tekken 3.

Here's some of the games we'd like to see hit the system. We may or may not be entirely serious about all 15 of them, though.
