The Finals is in the last week of Season 2. Embark is on the cusp of beginning Season 3, and there is plenty for fans to anticipate. There will be a completely new look to the game similar to the changes from Season 1 to now. But, before Season 3 begins, here you will find The Finals update 2.11.0 patch notes that include a couple of fixes along with a new skin added to the in-game store.

Geoff Keighley’s biggest event of the summer is on the cusp of starting, and The Finals will be at Summer Game Fest. We’re expecting to see the grand reveal of Season 3, and a ‘leak’ has possibly revealed the location of the new Season 3 map. Not only that, but Embark has confirmed ruby skins in addition to a new ruby rank.

Season 3 is currently pegged to begin on June 11th, but, before then, make sure to dive into the shallow patch notes for update 2.11.0.

Content and Bug Fixes:

Performance:

  • Fixed a crash related to certain hardware which was introduced in 2.10
  • Fixed an issue which prevented parties from joining Private Matches 

As you can see, there’s not much to dive into as there is only a couple of fixes. In addition to the above, Embark notes that the update only needs to be downloaded on PC. Console players do not need to download anything.
