Valorant has had an amazing year so far. Episode 8 was unforgettable introducing new agent, Clove, along with a new map, Abyss. Now we are in the beginning of Episode 9 Act 1 with the game now on consoles for the first time ever. Nothing is official right now, but a recent leak suggests we might be getting a new Valorant match mode soon.

Make sure to check out the update 9.00 patch notes to see all of the changes, agent nerfs, and fixes implemented so far in Episode 9 Act 1. The free and premium battle pass track has a plethora of great rewards, and Riot has begun teasing the new agent for Episode 9.

We cannot wait for the new agent, but there will be other things to anticipate, too. Assuming recent leaks are accurate, we could be getting a new Valorant match mode pitting players against only bots.

Valorant leak shows new bot match mode

Per ValorantLeaksEN, we might betting a new bot match mode. The leak posted on social media includes code referring to a “bot match”.

In addition to sharing a screenshot of the string, the leak also includes images of the possible teaser player cards:

Assuming we do get a bot match mode in Valorant, it would just be players competing against strictly the AI.
