- The current 1.0 banner in Zenless Zone Zero is Mellow Waveride, featuring Ellen Joe. This banner runs from July 4 to July 25.
- The second phase banner in ZZZ 1.0 will be Unswerving Bullet featuring Zhu Yuan. This banner will run from July 25 to August 15.
The Zenless Zone Zero 1.0 banners are confirmed, bringing two limited characters this month with the game’s launch. With every update for the gacha game, the banner will work in two phases. If you’re familiar with HoYoverse’s other games like Genshin and Honkai, this will be immediately obvious to you. With the game’s official launch, we know the 1.0 Banner schedule and the Agents available, so let’s take a look.
The first Zenless Zone Zero 1.0 banner that is currently live in the game is called Mellow Waveride, featuring the limited S-Rank character Ellen Joe. Ellen is an Ice, Attack Agent who can only be obtained by pulling on this banner. Ellen’s banner runs from July 4 to July 25. The ZZZ 1.0 second phase banner will be called Unswerving Bullet and this features the limited S-Rank character Zhu Yuan. These are the banners in ZZZ 1.0:

The second banner going live in 1.0 will be Zhu Yuan’s. This banner will go live from Thursday, July 25 to Wednesday, August 15. As with Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail, these banners are the only way to obtain the featured S-Rank character. If you don’t get them this time, you’ll have to wait for a re-run. As always, you’ll need plenty of resources to pull on banners, which you can get from ZZZ codes and by playing the game.
With the release of new character banners like the two above, there will be a weapon banner that runs alongside them featuring the signature weapon – in ZZZ, these are called W-Engines – for Ellen and Zhu Yuan during their banner phases. The first phase features Ellen’s W-Engine while the second phase will have Zhu Yuan’s.
The Standard banner is permanently available. This banner features a roster of all the A-Rank Agents in the game along with a selection of six S-Rank characters. The S-Rank characters on the standard banner are Nekomata, Lycaon, Soldier 11, Koleda, Grace, and Rina.
