The Bowyer's Workshop is one of the Backyard Extensions available in Manor Lords. This Extension is used for producing Warbows.

Bowyer's Workshop uses
As mentioned earlier, the Bowyer's Workshop is where you can produce Warbows, which is a Miltary Resource used by your Archer Militia.
In the initial stages of the game, Warbows are easier to make because Planks can be easily obtained. This should help you hire an Archer Militia for your settlement.
You can also choose to export the Warbows at the Trading Post in exchange for Regional Wealth.
How to build a Bowyer's Workshop
The cost of building Bowyer's Workshop is 4 units of Planks, which you can find in the Sawpit. As this building is a Burgage Plot Extension, it can be built only inside a Burgage plot at the required level.
The next step will be to assign workers to the Extension to start production. Now, the Bowyer's Workshop turns all the inhabitants into Artisans, which means they cannot be re-assigned to any other building.
To make Warbows, you need Planks, which can be obtained from a Sawpit. However, you will first need to build a Logging Camp to get Timber and get Planks made from the Sawpit.
How to upgrade Bowyer's Workshop
Currently, Manor Lords is in early access, and at this point, there are no upgrades available for Bowyer's Workshop.
