Deep Mining is one of the developments under the Industry Tree of Manor Lords. With this development, you can upgrade your Mining Pit and potentially get infinite resources.

How to unlock
As Deep Mining is a sub-node under Charcoal Burning, you will first have to unlock the Charcoal Burning branch. Then, you activate Deep Mining and upgrade your Mining Pits.
Benefits
Like we mentioned earlier, the Deep Mining development lets you upgrade the Mining Pit into a Deep Mine. In case you upgrade a Rich Deposit, you can extract resources indefinitely.
In other words, you can potentially procure huge amounts of Iron and Clay, which are used to produce weapons, and tools, and for making other improvements in your settlement.
