The Joiner's Workshop is one of the Burgage Extension buildings in Manor Lords. This building is used for the production of Wooden Parts, Small Shields, and Large Shields.

Joiner's Workshop uses
Like mentioned earlier, the Joiner's Workshop is a Burgage Plot Extension where you can produce Wooden Parts, Small Shields, and Large Shields from Planks. The Shields are needed to arm Militia Spearmen and Footmen. Meanwhile, the Wooden Parts can be sold at the Trading Post.
How to build a Joiner's Workshop
To construct a Joiner's Workshop, your Burgage Plot needs to be upgraded to Level 2. Once you reach this level, the option for Joiner's Workshop is unlocked.
For the actual construction, you will need 4 units of Planks, which you can obtain from the Sawpit. Next, you will have to assign workers to the building to start the production. Note that the Joiner's Workshop turns all inhabitants into Artisans, so you won't be able to assign them other jobs.
How to upgrade Joiner's Workshop
The Joiner's Workshop has no upgrades available in the Manor Lords early access.
