A Settler's Camp is an Administration Building that grants starting supplies in Regions that have been claimed and have zero Buildings on the land.

How to use the Settler's Camp
After setting your village type, you can then select the level of starting supply to start with. There are three levels of starting supplies, Modest, Average, and Plentiful. Once decided, your Settler's Camp will become a Homeless People's Tent and you can start building your village. The resources for each level are listed below -
