Manor-Lords:Small shields
Small Shields are a Military Resource in Manor Lords and are defensive equipment required for your Militia Footmen.
They cost x1 Planks to make at the Joiner's Workshop.
Small Shield production
Producing Small Shields is relatively straightforward, as you only need to focus on amassing the right amount of Planks. Here's a basic rundown of what you'll want to do.
- Build a Logging Camp
- Build a Sawpit
- Build a Level 2 Burgage Plot
- Buy a Joiner's Workshop
Building a Logging Camp
Build a Logging Camp for x2 Timber and assign a Family to start gathering Timber.
Building a Sawpit
Build a Sawpit for x2 Timber and assign a Family to Plank production.
Build a Level 2 Burgage Plot
You will need to either build or upgrade an existing Burgage Plot to Level 2. This costs x4 Timber and will allow you to purchase the appropriate extension.
Purchase a Joiner's Workshop
This extension can be purchased for x4 Planks and converts the resident family to Artisans, who can produce Wooden Parts and Small Shields.
Once this is built, you can now produce Shields!
