The Well is one of the Residential buildings you can construct in Manor Lords. It is primarily used to provide Drinking Water to Burgage plots.

Well uses
Wells are used for Drinking Water and putting out fires in your settlement. Because of this, you may want multiple Wells in your settlement to ensure any fire damage is minimized.
When it comes to Well placement, you have two options during the Game Setup. The default setting is Underground Water, which will only allow you to build a Well in areas with underground water sources.
If you want to place Wells without any restrictions, you can change it to Unconstrained instead.
