Clay Furnace uses
Like mentioned before, the Clay Furnace is used for making Rooftile from Clay, which is obtained from Clay Deposits. As you can guess, the Rooftiles are for building roofs over stone houses.
How to build a Clay Furnace
To build the Clay Furnace, you will need 2 units of Timber and 5 units of Stone, so make sure you have enough of these materials for construction.
While deciding upon the location of your Clay Furnace, ensure that it is near to a Storehouse. This will speed up the transportation of Clay and Firewood to the building. You will also need to assign a family to run the Furnace.
To start producing Rooftiles and Charcoal, the Clay Furnace needs Firewood or Charcoal. The workers assigned to the building will automatically manage this. However, you can also choose to do it manually if you want to manage your settlement's Fuel.
