Foreign Suppliers is part of the Trade Tree, once upgraded, it will unlock the Firewood Cart and Food Cart.

How to unlock
The Foreign Suppliers node can be purchased directly, since it’s a main node in the Trade Tree and doesn’t require any previous nodes to be unlocked. However, you will need to build a Marketplace in your town, as this is required to build the Firewood Cart and Food Cart.
Benefits
Purchasing the Foreign Suppliers upgrade will allow you to trade Bread and Firewood for Regional Wealth. The Firewood Cart and Food Cart will trade in the background automatically, so keep an eye on them, as they may spend too much Regional Wealth. This upgrade is beneficial to your settlement, as it will ensure that food and fuel supplies stay at high levels.
