Manor-Lords:Yarn
Yarn is a crafting material made by the Weaver's Workshop using Wool.
Yarn Production
To make Yarn, first use 4 Timbers and build a Weaver's Workshop near a storehouse. Placing the Weaver's Workshop close to the storehouse, will make production efficient and ease transportation.
The Weaver's Workshop requires 3 workers and does not require fuel to operate. It's also used to produce Linen and can store 50 yarns and 50 linens.
Acquire Wool
Wool is acquired from Sheep and you can harvest their Wool via the Sheep Farm. Note, shearing Sheep is not available during winter, as Sheep need their thick coats to survive the winter. You can import Sheep from the Livestock Trading Post or breed with the Sheepbreeding development node.
How to use Yarn
Yarn can be used to make Cloaks via the Tailor's Workshop. You will need to level up your Burgage Plots to level 2, to build a Tailor's Workshop backyard extension.
Trade Cloaks
Having a good supply of Cloaks will help to build a Clothing Stall in your Marketplace and will upgrade your Burgage Plots. If you have many excess Cloaks, these can be exported to earn Regional Wealth.
