The Apiary is a Gathering building used to produce Honey and Wax.

How to use Apiaries
Apiaries are used to make Honey, a Food resource that can keep your settlers fed, increase your Approval Rating and help you meet requirements to upgrade Burgage plots. The Apiaries will make roughly 1 Honey per month and can store x5 Honey.
Apiaries can also be used to make Wax, although there’s currently no use for Wax at the moment since there is no candle-making feature. The only use for Wax at the moment is to sell in trade and earn some Regional Wealth.
