The Apple Orchard is one of the Burgage plot backyard extensions in Manor Lords. They are primarily used for the production of Apples, a Food Resource in the game.

How to build
First off, you'll need to unlock the Orchardry development node. That will cost x1 Development Point.
Then, prepare for a hefty investment of x50 Regional Wealth and settle in - as Apple Orchards can take up to 3 years to fully grow.
The larger the Apple Orchard, the bigger the yield every harvest season, which is September in the game. You can still harvest Apples as the Orchard is maturing, but they will be at a reduced number.
