Goat Shed uses
As mentioned, the Goat Shed is a Backyard Extension that is used to obtain Hide passively. The Hides can be used to make Leather in Tanneries, which is then used for making Shoes at the Cobbler's Workshop.
Further, providing Shoes for your settlement will increase the Clothing Variety, which in turn increases Approval. You can also consider exporting Hides at one of the Trading Post.
How to build a Goat Shed
As mentioned, the Goat Shed is a Burgage Plot Extension, which means that it can only be built inside a Burgage plot.
To build the Goat Shed, you will need x25 Regional Wealth and no other materials. Further, the Goat Shed does not require any raw materials to produce Hides.
How to upgrade Goat Shed
Currently, in the Manor Lords early access stage, the Goat Shed is not upgradeable.
