Heavy Plow is one of the developments under the Farming Tree of Manor Lords. Unlocking this development sets up a plowing station for Farmhouse.

How to unlock
As Heavy Plow is a main category under the Farming Tree, you can purchase it right away to unlock it.
Benefits
When Heavy Plow is activated, the Farmhouse gets a plowing station. Plus, you will be able to employ Ox at the Farmhouse, plow the Fields faster (replace workers), and speed up transportation. Note that the Ox you assign will be designated there permanently.
Now, if you aim to rely on Crops as one of your main sources of Food, then Heavy Plow is worth investing in. The Heavy Plow also unlocks Fertilization and Bakeries, which are recommended if you're planning to farm a lot.
